USCIS Case Tracker

USCIS Case Monitoring Terms

These terms apply to the optional Magvai Agora USCIS Case Tracker. They add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Effective: September 15, 2026Version: uscis-monitoring-v3-2026-09-15Magvai Agora Inc · New York, USA

Official source

Production monitoring uses the official USCIS Case Status API. Magvai does not create or change USCIS statuses.

Independent private service

Magvai Agora is not USCIS, DHS, a government agency, or a government-endorsed partner.

Supplemental only

Official USCIS notices, instructions, and legal deadlines always control.

1

Scope

These terms apply only to the optional USCIS Case Tracker. The Magvai Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. If these monitoring terms conflict with the general Terms, these monitoring terms control for the Case Tracker. Law and official USCIS instructions still apply.

2

Who may add a receipt number

  • You may add a receipt only if you are the applicant, petitioner, or authorized representative. You may also add it if you have permission from the person whose case is monitored.
  • Do not use the tracker to monitor a case you are not allowed to access.
  • Before production monitoring starts, you must actively confirm your authority and accept the current monitoring terms.
3

What the tracker does

When production monitoring is active, Magvai sends the receipt number to the official USCIS Case Status API. We save the last successful response, compare later responses, record detected changes, and create enabled alerts.

  • Magvai does not create, modify, predict, speed up, approve, deny, or decide a USCIS case.
  • The tracker shows information returned by USCIS and records when Magvai retrieved it.
  • If a new check is delayed, the tracker may keep showing the last successful official status. It will identify that status as previously retrieved information.
4

What USCIS controls

USCIS controls its systems, decisions, notices, data, publication timing, availability, rate limits, maintenance, and corrections. Information may appear in an official notice or USCIS account before it appears through the API. Magvai cannot influence USCIS processing or decisions.

5

Your responsibilities

  • Review official USCIS notices and instructions directly.
  • Keep your USCIS contact information current when required.
  • Meet filing, response, interview, court, biometrics, and other legal deadlines.
  • Use the tracker only for cases you are allowed to monitor.
  • Ask a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative for legal advice about your case.
6

Timing, outages, and notifications

Monitoring is not real-time. Checks and alerts may be delayed or unavailable. Causes may include USCIS availability, rate limits, maintenance, networks, platform capacity, browser or device settings, or push-provider outages.

  • The Case Center shows the last successful check and, when known, the next planned check.
  • During an interruption, the last successful status may remain visible.
  • A missing or delayed alert does not mean that USCIS has not changed the case. Always review official USCIS channels.
7

Privacy and data sharing

The Privacy Policy governs personal information used by the tracker. The receipt number is sent to the official USCIS Case Status API only to retrieve the case information you requested.

  • We do not use receipt numbers or case-status data for advertising or unrelated marketing profiles.
  • We do not place full receipt numbers in public URLs or notification text.
  • Mobile and browser push alerts are optional. You can turn them off without deleting the tracker.
  • Service providers may handle tracker data only as needed for the requested function. They must follow the restrictions in the Privacy Policy. They may not use or disclose user information for a new independent purpose without active user consent. An exception applies only when law requires it. This rule also covers de-identified, anonymized, and pseudonymized information.
8

Pause, removal, and deletion

You may pause or remove monitoring. Magvai may also pause monitoring for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, capacity protection, USCIS restrictions, or maintenance.

  • Removing a case immediately stops future monitoring. It also removes the active receipt number, saved status and history, related API-check records, and pending tracker notifications.
  • Deleting your Magvai account starts the same tracker data-removal flow for trackers linked to that account.
  • Minimal consent or security evidence may be kept without the receipt number. We keep it only when needed to document permission, withdrawal, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or system integrity.
10

No legal advice

Status labels, translations, summaries, explanations, and suggested next steps in Magvai are general product information. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

11

Limits of the service

The tracker is an extra convenience. It is not an official USCIS notice, deadline-management service, or legal representation. Official notices, instructions, and legal deadlines always control.

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, monitoring is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted checks or delivery of alerts.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magvai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This also includes lost opportunities or missed deadlines caused by reliance on the tracker, an alert, or an outside system.
  • Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
