Service rules

These Terms explain the service relationship. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Official authorities decide outcomes

USCIS, courts, consulates, schools, banks, carriers, and other authorities make their own decisions.

USCIS Tracker has special terms

USCIS Case Tracker is optional and also follows the USCIS Case Monitoring Terms.

1

Agreement and account use

You agree to these Terms when you create or use an account, place an order, or accept a quote. You also agree when you make a payment or use a Magvai service. You also agree to any service-specific terms shown before use.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials reasonably secure.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information or documents you are allowed to provide.
  • Company-account users must have authority to act for the company or workspace they access.
  • We may request identity or account verification when it is reasonably needed. Reasons may include security, recovery, sensitive data access, deletion, or fraud prevention.
2

Services and orders

Magvai Agora provides translation and related language or document services. The exact scope is the scope shown in the order, quote, invoice, or written confirmation.

  • Provide complete and readable source material and the instructions needed for the service.
  • We may ask questions, request replacement files, or pause work if materials are incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or technically unsupported.
  • We may decline or cancel a request that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or outside our service scope.
  • A quote may change before final confirmation. This can happen if the source files, page count, word count, language pair, urgency, delivery method, or requested scope changes.
3

Pricing, payment, refunds, and credits

  • Fees, rush charges, delivery charges, taxes when applicable, and other amounts are shown before payment is required.
  • Work may require full or partial prepayment unless an approved business billing arrangement or written exception applies.
  • Third-party payment providers may process payments. Their terms may apply to the payment method you choose.
  • Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and eligible credits follow the Payment & Refund Policy and any written order-specific terms.
  • Rewards or promotional credits have no cash value unless a written program says otherwise.
4

Timing, delivery, and client cooperation

Turnaround windows are service targets unless a written agreement says they are guaranteed. Timing may depend on source files, client replies, payment, document eligibility, government offices, carriers, and other outside conditions.

  • Reply to proof, clarification, and approval requests when your response is needed to continue work.
  • Electronic delivery is complete when files are made available through the agreed secure method.
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates and are subject to carrier rules and non-waivable law.
  • Download files you need before deleting your account or before a stated file-removal date.
5

Your documents and content

You keep your rights in the documents and content you provide, subject to rights held by their original owners. You give Magvai and needed providers a limited right to process that content. They may use it only to provide, secure, support, and document the requested service.

  • Do not submit content you are not allowed to provide.
  • You are responsible for checking the receiving authority’s requirements unless Magvai agrees in writing to verify a specific requirement.
  • Magvai branding, software, workflow design, and proprietary site content remain the property of Magvai or the relevant owner.
6

Communications, automation, and AI-assisted features

The service may use automation and AI-assisted tools for intake, routing, quality checks, summaries, support, and other workflows. These tools support the service and do not replace human review where human review is part of the purchased workflow.

  • Natalia and other automated assistants may provide service information and routing. They are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
  • Order, payment, file, and tracker updates may be sent by in-app notice or email. We may also use mobile push or browser push based on settings and service needs.
  • Do not rely on an automated summary or notification as your only source. Check official sources for legal deadlines, government instructions, and official decisions.
7

USCIS Case Tracker

USCIS Case Tracker is an optional convenience service. The separate USCIS Case Monitoring Terms also apply when you activate it.

Magvai Agora is an independent private service. We are not USCIS, DHS, a government agency, or a government-endorsed partner.

  • Add a receipt only if you are the applicant, petitioner, or authorized representative. You may also add it if you have permission from the person whose case is monitored.
  • The tracker is not an official USCIS notice, deadline-management service, or legal representation.
  • Checks and alerts may be delayed by USCIS availability, rate limits, maintenance, networks, devices, or push providers.
  • Official USCIS notices, instructions, and legal deadlines always control.
8

Platform availability, changes, and technical limitations

Magvai Agora changes over time. We may add, change, move, replace, or stop features as the service grows. This includes screens, workflows, linked services, and alerts.

  • Digital services may have bugs or display errors. Updates may arrive late or fail to sync. The service may stop working for a time.
  • Data from automated tools, linked systems, or outside sources may be late, incomplete, or wrong. Check the original or official source before making an important decision. This includes legal deadlines, official rules, payments, and filings.
  • We may maintain or secure the service, move data, or update its systems. This work may affect how the service works for a time.
  • Please report problems you find in the platform. Reports help us look into issues. A report does not mean we promise a fix by a set time.
  • These limits concern the digital platform and automated features. They do not change the agreed scope or quality of a professional service you buy separately. This includes translation, interpreting, document work, and related services.
9

Third-party services and government authorities

Some services depend on outside providers or government systems. Those parties control their own systems, decisions, processing times, availability, and rules.

  • Magvai cannot guarantee an authority’s acceptance, approval, adjudication, timing, or other decision.
  • A link or integration does not mean that the outside party endorses Magvai.
  • When a third-party term applies to a service you choose, you are responsible for following that term.
10

Prohibited use, suspension, and termination

  • Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, unlawful access, harassment, or malware. Do not abuse government or third-party systems.
  • Do not try to bypass account permissions, rate limits, security controls, payment controls, or technical safeguards.
  • We may suspend an account, order, feature, or integration when reasonably needed. Reasons may include security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment, platform integrity, third-party restrictions, or maintenance.
  • You may stop using the service and permanently close a client account through the account-deletion process. Some records may still need to be kept for lawful reasons described in the Privacy Policy.
11

Disclaimers and limits of liability

We aim to provide professional and reliable services within the purchased scope. Monitoring and third-party-dependent features are provided on an as-available basis, subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magvai is not responsible for problems caused by a system we do not control. The same rule applies to an outside authority. This includes delay, failure, or inaccurate source information.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magvai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This also includes lost opportunities or missed deadlines caused by reliance on a supplemental tracker, notification, or third-party system.
  • For a paid service, aggregate liability from that service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. This limit does not apply when the law requires a greater remedy.
  • Nothing in these Terms removes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
12

Privacy, changes, consent, and governing law

The Privacy Policy governs personal information. The Payment & Refund Policy governs payment matters. The USCIS Case Monitoring Terms govern the Case Tracker.

These Terms are governed by New York law, subject to consumer protections and conflict rules that cannot be waived.

If we make a material change, we will give a plain-language summary. This applies when the change affects user rights, privacy practices, or USCIS production monitoring. When active consent is required, we will ask for a clear action. For example, you may need to check a box and select Accept. Continued use alone is not active consent when active consent is required.
