Account and Data Deletion

• Sign in to your Magvai Agora account.
• Open My Account and select Privacy & Legal.
• Select Delete Account.
• Review the deletion summary, enter the email for the account, and complete the final confirmation.

If you cannot access the app or account, email support@magvaiagora.com from the email address linked to the account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject. We may ask for reasonable identity verification.

• After required identity verification, a support-assisted deletion request will be completed within 30 calendar days unless a specific record must be kept by law.

You do not need to delete your whole Magvai account to remove a USCIS tracker. Open the Case Center, select the case, and choose Remove.

• Removal immediately stops future monitoring.
• The active receipt number, saved USCIS status and history, related API-check records, and pending tracker notifications for that case are removed.
• Minimal consent or security evidence may remain without the receipt number when needed for legal compliance, authorization records, fraud prevention, or system integrity.

• Client profile and sign-in account.
• Client portal access and personal account settings.
• Notification preferences and personal browser push registrations.
• Active USCIS Case Tracker data linked to the account.
• Unused personal rewards or account-only preferences when they do not need to be kept for a legal or financial record.

Some records must be kept for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, certification, contract, or dispute reasons. These records are limited to those purposes.

• Orders and service fulfillment records may be anonymized or kept when required.
• Invoices, payments, refunds, and accounting records may be kept for required retention periods.
• Security and audit records may be kept when needed to protect the service or comply with law.

Account deletion may permanently remove access to your client portal and files. Download files you still need before you confirm deletion.
